We accept 14 days 100% refund for unused item for any reason.


We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you ordered before 1:00 pm or if you place your order after 1:00pm it will be dispatch the next working day (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays).
Therefore, orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatch on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 1pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.


A Signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves a second delivery or return the goods to us. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party. If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £2.99 charged to cover packing and administration cost. If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost with courier services. Please do allow up to four weeks for courier services to confirm the lost.

Please notice due to public hygiene reason, we do not accept return for underwear unless the packing is seal.
